THE RALEIGH CITY FARM

What was once a parking lot is today an urban farm dedicated to providing fresh produce to downtown’s residents, educating them about sustainable agriculture and incubating young farmers.

It took time, but it has been a remarkable transformation from an asphalt parking lot into a vibrant, green farm and community gathering place. It’s testimony to the vision of a wide range of dedicated people and partners who saw potential in working to make this dead space come alive.
